System Notification Colours

On the apps, you have the system colours, obviously should always be green, but then we have the blue, orange and hopefully not the red one, but can these values/colours be used to control RGBW tape? as an visual indication in which state the system is in?

Hi Dean

Not as simply as just using the notifications I’m afraid, the System Notifications are only available to use as an output rather than an input.

However the specific events that trigger these System Notifications are typically useable. I.e. an Extension going offline would be a critical warning. On the Extensions parameters you can tick ‘Display Diagnostic Inputs’ which gives you an Online Status input that you can then drag and assign to logic to your hearts content e.g. to a Lighting Controller to trigger a red scene.

I completely forgot about these little options on the extension’s etc. Will check them out.
