Port Forward

I have set up a port forward and can get remote access via web interface but app won’t connect – what am I doing wrong ?

Try looking in app and go to top left and touch the Location icon. Then touch the i in a circle (top right). Have a look at the remote address, is it the same as the one you used for the web browser.

I concur with Stephen, if remote access is working via a web browser then it is working and must be due to the settings in the app. Please check these and if required delete and re-add the Miniserver to the app.

Also be sure that remote access is defintely working through a web browser i.e can you definitely access remotely from the network and is not just redirecting internally.
