Network connection

I have a problem with the Loxone server. I’m testing it and it no longer connects via network cable. The green or yellow mains bulb does not light up! I also changed the cable, I tried to connect directly to the router, the laptop does not connect. What do you think would be the problem?

Hi

This is an issue you will have to contact Loxone support in your country directly about I’m afraid. If multiple network cables have been tried in different switch ports and you have no link light then the ethernet port of the Miniserver is not working.
