Loxone Intercom

Hi

I have configured my Loxone intercom. This works great for myself (full access ccount)

The other user in my house defined under the usergroup users receive an error when trying to acces the image/audio. They always receive the error 503 undefined. This on a iPhone device if this is relevant. Other functionalities work for these users as far as i can see. Only the intercom is not working. Is this access rights related? If so what do i need to add.

Do i also need to create a user in the webgui of the cam/intercom in order to make it work? Because i do not see how that account would be linked togehter.

Hi

The solution was simple. It seems the Loxone app on iPhone devices do not receive acces to local network by default. After enabling this the cam could immediately connect.
