HTTPS Input stopped working

Hi

We have a lot customers with loxone automation consuming HTTPS api’s, this has always been working. Today suddenly all loxone miniservers (gen v2) stopped getting data from our api’s, only solution was to open port 80 and allow http again which is not something you want to do.

We checked checked SSL, everything is fine at our side.

Is this a known issue with a new version of loxone or is there some logging we can check?

Note that these api’s are consumed 24/7 by a lot of other software writers or hardware devices, no other problems with our api’s have been logged today.

As this is a specific issue that will require diagnostic it is something you will need to reach out to Loxone support in your country for assistance.
