Hi Richard

You can connect the Miniserver with the 3G router as any other router i guess? Unless the 3G router does not have any LAN port?

I do not think the miniserver can be connected through Wifi if that is what you want?

Kind regards

Hi Richard

Typical 3G/4G networks use a system called carrier-grade NAT. This means that you are usually unable to do any form of port forwarding.

If you have a Gen.1 Miniserver you will need a fixed IP sim which should allow port forwarding to be configured.

Otherwise with a Gen.2 Miniserver you can use the Remote Connect service which should overcome the carrier grade NAT limitation.
