From the ordering process to the cost of shipping – here you will find all the important information you need to know about ordering from the Loxone webshop.

Ways to pay


You can pay for all your orders in advance by bank transfer (BACS). Your order will then be processed immediately upon receipt of payment.

Credit/debit card

You can pay by credit or debit card. Just select “Credit Card” as “Payment Type”. We accept MasterCard and Visa.

Delivery charges


Free shipping to the UK for all Gold, Platinum and Flagship Partners, on all webshop orders. For orders not qualifying for free delivery, charges below apply:

For delivery to countries outside this list, the buyer must arrange their own courier service.

Belgium, Slovakia, Italy, France 2-6 Working Days
Hungary 3-6 Working Days
Spain 4-6 Working Days
United Kingdom 1-2 Working Days*
Other EU countries 2-10 Working Days

*UK mainland 1-2 working days. For outlying areas, delivery may take 2-5 working days.
Orders placed and paid for by card by 2 PM (UK time) Monday – Friday will be dispatched that day. Payment made by BACS will only clear at 10pm and be applied the following business day at which point the order can be picked and shipped.

Our delivery times also depend on product availability. The availability of a product is displayed on the webshop page for that product. Deliveries may be part-shipped to avoid delays where some items are not available.

Shipping Surcharge

In previous years, we were always able to offer you a flat rate for shipping, regardless of the order quantity. With the addition of quadral products, some of which may require shipping by pallet, a shipping surcharge will apply with immediate effect. This £40 surcharge will only be charged once per order – regardless of the quantity ordered.

This only applies to select quadral items based on their weight and dimensions. This will be displayed in the webshop at checkout if it applies.

Additional information

Order processing

After submitting your order to us, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. When your order is shipped you will receive an invoice and a UPS tracking number so that you can follow its progress all the way to your door.
Foreign currency payments

Please note that the cost of transferring money from abroad must be met by the buyer. This is explicitly indicated in the transfer.
