From the ordering process to the cost of shipping – here you will find all the important information you need to know about ordering from the Loxone webshop.

Ways to pay


You can pay for all your orders in advance by bank transfer (BACS). Your order will then be processed immediately upon receipt of payment.

Credit/debit card

You can pay by credit or debit card. Just select “Credit Card” as “Payment Type”. We accept MasterCard and Visa.

Orders placed after Brexit Transition

Orders placed after the end of the Brexit Transition are subject to Government Charges. This can include Import VAT and Customs Duties. These are not charged by Loxone, but by the UK Government at the point of import. UPS is our selected global courier. UPS will pay these charges for you at the point of import. You will then be billed by UPS for these charges and these must be paid before you can take possession of your ordered goods.

Once you have the tracking number for your order, you can enter it on the UPS site:

Once the goods have cleared Customs, you will be able to see the charges due on the UPS website. It will itemise:

– Government Charges
– Brokerage Fee

Government Charges: This will include Import VAT and any Customs Duties due on items that do not originate from within the EU. Items shipped from Loxone Electronics GmbH in Austria might not originate from the EU. You can identify the country of origin for each item on your Loxone invoice.

Brokerage Fee: This is charged by UPS (and other global couriers). Also called a “Disbursement Fee”. It is a fee for UPS because they will pay the Government Charges on your behalf to release your goods from Customs. Therefore, this is a Financial Services fee. This will be £11.50 minimum or 2.5% of the amount UPS has paid on your behalf. Source: 2021 UPS Tariff Guide

VAT: This is not to be confused with Import VAT. The line on your UPS order for “VAT” is the VAT charged on the services provided by UPS. As the only service being charged to you by UPS is the Brokerage Fee, the VAT due on that alone is £0.00. This is because the Brokerage Fee is classed as a Financial Services fee – and such fees are not subject to VAT.

You can pay the monies due to UPS from the UPS website in advance of your scheduled delivery to avoid any potential delays.

Free shipping to the UK for all Gold, Platinum and Flagship Partners, on all webshop orders. For orders not qualifying for free delivery, charges below apply:

For delivery to countries outside this list, the buyer must arrange their own courier service.

*UK mainland with next day delivery available on orders placed and paid for by 3 PM (UK time) Monday – Friday. Deliveries to outside of the UK mainland may take longer to arrive.  

Our delivery times also depend on product availability. The availability of a product is displayed on the webshop page for that product. Deliveries may be part-shipped to avoid delays where some items are not available.

Additional information

Order processing

After submitting your order to us, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. When your order is shipped you will receive an invoice and a UPS tracking number so that you can follow its progress all the way to your door.
Foreign currency payments

Please note that the cost of transferring money from abroad must be met by the buyer. This is explicitly indicated in the transfer.
