Loxone UK Christmas Hours 2018

We’d like to thank all our Partners for working with us throughout 2018. It’s hard to believe that another year is drawing to an end. With that, it’s time to share our Christmas hours, including information on how orders and technical support will be handled while we’re closed.

Loxone UK will be closed from 12:00 pm on Friday, 21 December 2018. We will reopen at 08:30 am on Monday, 7 January 2019.

Orders and Delivery

If you need your items before Christmas, please place your order no later than 11:00 am on Monday, 17 December 2018.

Orders placed before 10:00 am on Friday, 21 December will still be dispatched on the day, but delivery may take longer than the usual 3-5 working days.

Normal delivery schedules resume the week starting Monday, 7 January 2019 when our offices open for the new year.

Technical Support

There will be no telephone support available when the office is closed. However, you can still submit a support ticket via your online account area or by emailing support@loxone.co.uk. We will endeavour to respond to support tickets within one day during our Christmas break. Alternatively, for technical guidance and information on our products and services, you can search our online Knowledge Base.

General information requests will be handled once the office opens for the new year.
