Foundation Training

Ready to delve into the world of smart home and building automation with Loxone? Our Foundation Training course covers the basics of Loxone hardware, software and customer support. This includes diving into our Tree / Air / Link technologies for wired and retrofit installations. You’ll get hands-on with training hardware, learning how to configure and plan lighting, access control, room climate, automatic shading, multiroom audio and more – all with one control system. Plus, you don’t need to know how to program thanks to our powerful free software: Loxone Config! By the end of training, you’ll have the foundation to plan, commission and support your next smart home or building automation project and deliver a solution your customers will love.

In this training, Loxone Partners will explore the implementation of optimal and efficient heating, cooling & ventilation, that will enhance their existing knowledge and introduce new information and skills – from integration to full automation. We’ll look at how important humidity and CO2 are for everyday life, how clean individual room control with thermal balancing works and how the Miniserver can communicate with the energy source. Participants will learn how to make a demand-controlled heating and cooling system more efficient using weather compensation.

General Information & Cancellation Policy
Registration

You can register for training by filling in the registration form or via telephone. Your place on a training course will only be reserved once payment is received in full. We regret that we cannot hold or reserve places on training courses prior to payment.

After registration, you will receive a confirmation by email. If there are no longer any spaces available for the course you have selected, we will contact you by phone and ask if you’d like to join the waiting list. If a place becomes available, we will inform you immediately.

Exclusions

The cost of the course includes participation in the training and access to online course material resources. The cost does not include the Welcome Package (Starterkit/Demo Case), accommodation, or travel.

Rebooking

Have you registered for training, but something’s come up since?

One free rebooking to an alternative date is possible up to 72 hours before the start of the first day of training. After this date, 25% of the invoice amount will be charged for rebooking costs.

If a participant is unable to attend, a substitute participant can be registered after consultation.

Cancellation

If you find you are no longer able to attend the course on which you are booked, please inform us as soon as possible. You may cancel your place up 72 hours prior to the first day of the course. Thereafter, 50% of the course fee will be charged. If less than 24 hours notice is given or you fail to attend a course on which you are booked, the full fee will be charged.
