Wafios Gründerhalle

Wafio's Founders Hall in Reutlingen is a state-of-the-art innovation centre that houses the latest machine and production technologies. Intelligent building automation was essential to enable efficient and flexible control of lighting, shading and heating/ventilation.

The aim was to create a solution that both optimises energy consumption and offers intuitive operation for employees.

Thanks to Loxone technology, it was possible to realise fully automated control of all key building functions. A total of 42 Touch Pure Flex control elements enable intuitive control of lighting, shading and climate throughout the hall. Employees can activate preset scenes at the touch of a button without having to rely on complex switching solutions.



The DALI Extension ensures smart lighting control by networking the entire lighting system via the DALI protocol. The system is complemented by intelligent climate and ventilation management, which ensures an optimum room climate at all times thanks to sensors and automation logic - for greater comfort and maximum energy efficiency.



With this combination of Touch Pure Flex panels, DALI-controlled lighting management and intelligent building automation, Wafios Gründerhalle is setting new standards in Industry 4.0. The Clever2Smart solution ensures maximum efficiency, maximum comfort and intuitive control - all in a fully networked system.
