Challenge

We worked closely with the homeowner to understand their preferences and aspirations for the installation. Then we collaborated with the interior designer to bring the homeowners dream to life, of a residence that seamlessly blends sophistication with cutting edge technology all while not taking away from the aesthetic. This was done by naturally blending everything in to the background, making sure it is subtle or hidden away.

Solution

With Loxone we were able to integrate all of the various aspects of the home seamlessly, and there is not one part of the home that is not controlled by Loxone. From lighting, shading, audio and access control to name just some of the elements in the home that are integrated. All easily controlled if needed by a single touch of the Loxone Touch Tree switches. However, the majority of the time the house just operates away as it is set up and automated to do so.

With the many types of lighting in the home, to all the shading, Loxone was the only and best option to control these and to integrate the heating, audio and access control. And with fantastic ability to be expandable, with the next phase of the install being adding on a new automated garage for their cars along with a new gated entrance.
