Room audio and customised lighting scenarios with numerous indirect light sources adapt to the time of day and the mood of the residents. Intelligent shading systems and curtains ensure optimum sun protection and privacy.



The room temperature and humidity are automatically regulated and adapted to the respective room conditions and occupant behaviour to ensure a pleasant indoor climate. The heating and ventilation systems, which are also connected, ensure fresh air throughout the house.



The integrated security system offers protection against break-ins and unwanted events, especially when the residents leave the house. In the event of an incident, Loxone combines the various systems and sounds the alarm. The raised shading makes the house transparent, while the flashing lighting attracts attention. The integrated room audio system switches on if the alarm is not acknowledged.
