For this exclusive accommodation facility, all automation requirements were fulfilled. We successfully implemented all the automation requirements in this exclusive accommodation facility, creating maximum convenience and efficiency. The customer wanted a central control system for the newly built farmhouse and the adjoining chalet - and that's exactly what we achieved with our Loxone solution.



Particular attention was paid to convenient and secure access management, which we fully automated. Guests can now enjoy carefree arrivals and departures, while the operator retains control at all times. In addition, modern wallboxes for charging electric vehicles have been integrated to meet the increasing demands for sustainable mobility.

Thanks to the intelligent automation solution, guests now experience maximum comfort and the operator benefits from efficient and user-friendly control of all important functions. A successful project that shows how versatile and powerful Loxone can be used in the hotel industry.

In this exclusive project, we implemented a comprehensive automation concept that combines maximum convenience and modern technology. All doors were equipped with NFC technology, which allows guests quick and secure access.

For precise and efficient temperature control, we rely on Modbus sensors, which ensure that the electric radiators are controlled as required. In the communal areas, DALI-controlled lighting ensures optimum lighting conditions and a pleasant ambience.

In total, over 200 Loxone products were used - a clear indication of the versatility and performance of this smart automation system. The result is a sophisticated solution that perfectly combines convenience, efficiency and state-of-the-art technology.
