Once you have achieved Silver, Gold or Platinum partner status, you have 12 months to requalify for it.

The necessary requirements for this are:

• Silver Partner: Annual attendance of a training course
• Gold & Platinum Partner: Annual attendance of a training course and corresponding minimum turnover

If you have met the requirements within the 12 months, you are automatically qualified as a certified LOXONE Partner for a further 12 months. If the specified targets are not met, your partner status will be adjusted based on the requirements you have fulfilled.
