Deciding to install smart home technology is not a ‘spur of the moment’ decision. Your home is at the very heart of everyday life, so it’s really important that it works for you and your family. That’s why we offer free consultations, to help you decide if Loxone is right for your home.
Why do you offer consultations?
We understand the ups and downs that come with building and renovating. We understand that it’s really important to make the right decisions the first time around. We also want all of our customers to love the technology that’s in their home. Here at Loxone, we strive to create products that improve people’s lives at home, not make them more complicated.
Our consultations are designed to introduce you the features of a Loxone Smart Home. This includes a demonstration of features such as lighting, audio, security and blind control. You’ll be able to interact with the system yourself, ask questions and generally get a feel for what ‘smart living’ with Loxone could look like for you.
What can I expect?
Consultations usually last around 90 minutes. During this time, we’ll ask you some details about your project and the functionality you’re considering. We’ll give you a demonstration of some of the features we can offer, such as lighting control, multiroom audio and security. If you have specific features you’re curious about, we’ll be happy to demonstrate or explain them.
We’ll also discuss the process of how to turn your home into a Loxone Smart Home, and how the installation process works. You’ll be able to ask any questions you have too.
Will it be really technical?
Not at all. Our consultations are designed to give you an introduction to Loxone and what our technology can do for you. We believe that smart home technology should be simple and easy for everyone in the family to use. You’ll be able to interact with our demo system using the app and the switches on the wall. No coding, no tech speak, just straightforward and honest information about the features and possibilities of a Loxone Smart Home.
Do I need to book a time for my consultation?
Yes. You’ll need to book a specific time for your consultation. This is to ensure that a member of our team is able to give you their undivided attention and to ensure that our showroom is available at your preferred time.
We offer consultations during business hours (Monday to Friday) depending on the availability of our team. We do not offer weekend consultations (hey, we need a break too!).
Can you help me find an installer?
Yes, of course! We have a nationwide network of installers (also known as Loxone Partners), so there’s bound to be one near you. Our Silver and Gold Partners have been trained to professionally install Loxone and can help you at every stage of your project, from initial designs right through to aftercare.
To help match you with the perfect Loxone Partner, we’ll ask a few details about your project ideas, location and so on. We’ll then recommend some Partners in your area who can bring your vision to life! We can even handle the introductions for you if you’d like us to.
What’s the difference between consultations and info sessions?
Consultations are personal, one-to-one meetings with a member of our team.
Our info sessions are similar to consultations, but more informal and held in a group. Similar to a consultation, we’ll show you around our show facilities and talk about many of the features that are possible with Loxone. Do you charge for consultations?
Nope! We offer our one-to-one consultations and our info sessions free of charge. We really want you to be able to make an informed decision about whether Loxone is right for your home. If you would like to come back for a second consultation or bring your Loxone Partner with you to discuss your project, that’s fine too. We’re here to help you throughout your journey.
