Challenge

This comprehensive renovation project required the careful integration of various technologies within the existing structure of this stone house, while preserving its authentic character. It also included the integration and operation of new screens and the rewiring of the existing barrier system, in order to provide a modern, cohesive installation perfectly suited to the occupants' needs.

Solution

Implementing a Loxone home automation solution optimized the entire electrical installation while significantly reducing cabling. Thanks to Loxone's compact solutions, all technical equipment could be integrated into limited spaces without compromising performance or future upgrade potential.

This approach also centralized control of lighting (ON/OFF, 0/10V, DALI), screens, access management, intrusion detection, audio, fire detection, alarm clocks, presence simulation, temperature and humidity monitoring for each room, and control of the existing barrier, all within a single system. This provides residents with enhanced user comfort, simplified management, and seamless integration into their homes.

For this project, the choice of the Loxone solution was a natural one. Beyond the client's initial requirements, we wanted to implement an installation capable of meeting the constraints of this renovation while ensuring great flexibility for future development.<br /> <br /> The Loxone ecosystem allowed us to design reliable, scalable, and fully customizable installations.
