The project's goal was to create a comfortable, modern home where automation supports daily life without dominating the architecture and surroundings. The building was designed according to a custom architectural plan, with emphasis placed on enhancing the site's natural birch grove and the tranquility of the location. The system was to integrate key building systems, ensuring comfort, safety, energy savings, and intuitive control.

The house uses a Loxone system to centrally manage heating, air conditioning, heat recovery ventilation, lighting, shading, and selected security functions. Automation includes control of gas heating, central air conditioning, mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, garden irrigation, and integration with the Loxone weather station.

The system also manages lighting, shading, alarms, heated bathroom mirrors, and the Loxone Audio sound system. The electronic lock on the front door is integrated with the Loxone system and an NFC card reader, allowing for convenient and secure access to the building.

Furthermore, control of the deep well and garden irrigation has been integrated, ensuring that the house and its surroundings can function comfortably, energy-efficiently, and as automatically as possible.
