What was implemented?
Lighting
Led Spot WW PWM White, RGBW 24 Dimmer Tree
In “De ole School” there is a so-called ”welcome light control”. When visitors enter the flat or neighbourhood, they are greeted with a special lighting mood from the recessed and surface-mounted spotlights. In the recreation room, the party mode can be activated, which is also controlled via various Loxone products.
Access control and security
Relay Extension, NFC Code Touch Tree
Access is contactless and there is a 24-hour check-in via PIN code. This means that every guest can get into their flat at any time. With his personal code, access to all common rooms and the saunas is possible. When the stay is coming to an end, a self-checkout can be carried out independently via a PIN pad. This way, the cleaning staff knows whether they can start cleaning the flats before the usual check-out time.

One of my favourites is certainly the central access control and user administration via Trust technology. We discovered this new feature and immediately tested it. Thanks to the fully automatic sauna control, the temperature can be lowered quickly and easily when the sauna is ready.
Heating and cooling

For the individual apartments, the room climate can be set for the different zones, such as the bathroom or living room. The guests can thus set their comfort temperature at their convenience. When the guest leaves the flat or it is in deep sleep mode, the “energy-saving mode” is activated.
The temperature sensor installed in the sauna allows the fully automated sauna to be preheated. Furthermore, it has a time-limited full temperature mode. When the full temperature or heating time is completed, the occupants are notified by voice message.
What the managers & partners say about the project
Programming 30 flats in 5 classes so that everything is as similar as possible was certainly a big challenge. Thanks to Loxone, however, this was quickly implemented and not a big problem. Central user administration and the distribution of the configurations of all 32 Miniservers was easier to implement here than with other systems!
