Challenge
The challenge was to create energy-efficient homes within the CLT construction, whereby the technologies had to be seamlessly integrated without compromising the building.
Solution
The solution consisted of installing sensors for optimal control of the indoor climate and controlling the geothermal heat pump via the Loxone system. In addition, access control was provided by means of an intercom and NFC technology, which ensures extra comfort and security.
I chose Loxone because of its rapid integration capabilities and with a view to the future, so that future residents can enjoy all the features and expansion options.
