The aim of the project was to create a modern, clean-design house that provides comfortable, safe and energy-efficient living. An important part of the assignment was the interconnection of various technologies in the house, their effective management and optimization of energy consumption without the technical solutions disturbing the aesthetics of the interior. The entire system had to be intuitive, clear and user-friendly, so that its daily operation was natural for all residents of the house.

The solution was to design a smart Loxone system that unifies and centrally manages all key technologies in the house. The system controls lighting, shading, heating, cooling, security and other devices, automatically adapting them to current conditions and the needs of the residents. The solution also includes a connection to photovoltaics and battery storage, thanks to which Loxone provides energy management that monitors consumption, optimizes energy use and contributes to the economical and efficient operation of the entire house.
