The challenge was to intelligently automate a modern tax office with multiple offices and meeting rooms without sacrificing ease of use in everyday operations. Particular emphasis was placed on energy-efficient control of lighting, heating, access control, and security, as well as centralized management of all functions within the building.

LOXONE was used to implement a comprehensive building automation system that intelligently integrates lighting, heating, audio, access control, and security functions. Presence-based lighting controls, automated processes, and centralized visualization ensure high comfort and efficient building operation. The technical infrastructure was also flexibly prepared for future expansions.
