Smart Home: detached building

The challenge was to eliminate more than 50,000 annual actions in a non-technological and therefore very natural way, such as switching lights on and off, but also to have everything work together smartly so that energy consumption, safety, hospitality and comfort work together as much as possible. That has been excellently achieved.

Loxone has been implemented by using 2 Miniservers. 1 for the house and 1 for the outdoor kitchen with wellness and garden controls. Irrigation, outdoor lighting, gate controls, security cameras and automatic access based on number plates, for example, are all integrated in a way that is so obvious that you don't have to think about it. The doorbell rings where you are and nowhere else. When we all sleep, no doorbell rings, but we are asked to come back another time.
