Challenge
The idea was born to manage access to the structure, but thanks to loxone, we decided to also manage energy, heating and lighting of the common areas.
Solution
Each apartment is independent for access thanks to NFC Code Touch, and for energy saving, the heating is active only in case of actual occupation of the house.
Loxone is now a guarantee for every type of project.
