The lighting is optimised by Loxone-controlled dimmable and mains-switched circuits. Presence Sensors and Touch switches control the rooms. Loxone-controlled internal systems and Internorm external blinds are used for shading. Underfloor heating and towel warmers are controlled by Stiebel Eltron, while Zehnder takes care of the ventilation. A Loxone Weather Station supports the passive heating and cooling. Security is provided by a Loxone Alarm Siren and an NFC Code Touch for access. The Tesla Powerwall provides emergency power in the event of a grid failure and Solar Edge monitors the PV production and battery storage.
