The apartment was to be completely renovated and equipped with the latest technology.


Comfort, safety, efficiency and above all smart operation were the basic requirements. As soon as these characteristics are met, small gimmicks can be installed to make everyday life easier.

Both apartments are monitored and controlled with a mini server. In addition to the central tablet, the Loxone Touch and Touch Pure are responsible for operation. Intelligent presence detectors ensure automatic lighting and, together with window contacts and window handles, ensure maximum security. The heating is controlled in an energy-efficient manner and switches to eco mode when you are away. The PV system is fully monitored and the two wall boxes are controlled with surplus charging. 10-inch speakers in every room, which are controlled by the audio server, ensure optimal sound. Access to the courtyard and the apartment is granted by an NFC CodeTouch each, expanded with the new intercom function. Irrigation, garden lighting, pool and whirlpool are also controlled and automated with a Multi Extension Air.
