Hotel Zellers und Restaurant

When implementing the project at the Hotel Zeller in Königsbrunn, we faced several challenges: The electrical installation had to blend discreetly into the sophisticated design concept while simultaneously meeting the highest technical requirements. In particular, the multitude of different lighting zones in the bar, restaurant, lobby, and lounge – each with its own mood and function – required a flexible and reliable control concept. In addition, the emergency lighting and fire alarm system had to be integrated in accordance with standards without dominating the visible technology or compromising the aesthetics.

The solution was a Loxone system, which intelligently networks all components. All lighting zones can be conveniently controlled via a central visualization system and switched to predefined scenes - for example, for breakfast, service operations, or evening lighting. Emergency and escape route lighting, as well as parts of the fire alarm system, are also seamlessly integrated. Time- and presence-dependent controls ensure energy efficiency and smooth operation. Loxone integration created a technically sophisticated yet easy-to-use solution that impresses both functionally and aesthetically.
