A commercial building where almost all control is managed by LOXONE requires precise planning and in-depth expertise in building automation. Such a project also demands a high degree of trust from the client in our competence. Beat Engel's vision was clear: a new workshop with modern facilities, optimized processes, and ideal conditions for efficient work at the highest quality level. At the same time, the space was to be created for interaction and camaraderie among employees. Thanks to the use of LOXONE, we are increasing comfort for the entire team and, with the integrated audio system, ensuring a perfect working environment and a positive atmosphere.

Within the building, three Miniservers and 44 Extensions ensure centralized and intelligent control. Thanks to the KNX Extension, various building services have been seamlessly integrated into the system. The LOXONE Miniserver also handles energy management: Energy flow is efficiently managed via eleven energy meters and the integration of the photovoltaic system via Modbus TCP. Additional security is provided by the integration of various sectional doors via the Hörmann Air interface and the integration of door contacts. Operation is modern and intuitive via the Touch Flex, allowing employees and visitors to easily and quickly adjust room settings to their needs at any time.
