Challenge
For the construction of this contemporary Villa, our client was looking for a system in which all the technology of the house and outbuildings could be integrated. Beautiful lighting, ease of use, energy management and control of the sauna were desired.
Solution
By using Loxone we have been able to divide the house and outbuildings into three installations with three different mini servers that work as one system in a client/gateway configuration. For the basic lighting, (170 pieces) Loxone RGBW-Tree spotlights were used, which were mounted in a Lumunex fixture. Energy monitoring and control of the Wallbox is provided by the Loxone system. Climate control, control of sun blinds and irrigation are also integrated. Various rooms are equipped with multi-room audio. The sauna controls including operation via the Touch Surface in the wall are also included in the Loxone system.
Applying Loxone enabled us to integrate all installations into one system, resulting in an efficient system with maximum comfort and ease of use for the residents.
