Challenge
In this project, all the functionalities have required a high level of customization in the installation as well as in the programming. The functions that have challenged us the most were: That all the lighting in the building was at 24V and 100% adjustable, the control of 15 air conditioning machines through ducts with 1 outdoor machine.
Solution
Through Loxone we have managed to control all the 24V dimmable lighting, custom-made lights from scratch.
Through Loxone we have been able to control the air conditioning and ventilation with Modbus.
Using Loxone we have been able to control the gas boiler, underfloor heating and DHW.
Multi-room audio control throughout the building. Including GYM and pool.
Complete access control through intercom and NFC keyboards.
Security control on each of the floors, presence sensors and door contacts.
Energy control using a modbus meter and electric car charger

In this project we have chosen Loxone for its infinite programming possibilities that were able to carry out the automation of the entire building. A very important point was the design of all the physical and visible controllers since the project required that they be integrated with the interior design on each of the floors. Finally, the system could allow the client to modify programming or the user interface in an intuitive and easy way.
