Challenge
The recently completed commercial hall had to be prepared without any further structural measures so that all functional areas, offices, sanitary facilities, lounge area, sales area and storage area had to be adapted almost 100% to the LOXONE standard in order to be able to present the operating rooms as a LOXONE show building in addition to their actual use.
Solution
Existing analogue switches etc. were mostly replaced by LOXONE Air components. Wherever possible, Tree technology with appropriate cabling was also installed in suspended ceilings or hollow walls.
The following were implemented: office lighting with daylight control and presence detection, heating control for concrete core heating, work light control in the workshop and storage area, as well as heating control, ambient lighting and audio/multimedia including digital experience tour for office and catering, integration of LOXONE compatible commercial electrical devices (heat pump dryers, washing machines, refrigerators) in show area 1. Light control, energy management, working time recording, shading in show area 2 "Gastro". Access, fire and water detection center and alarm functions in all areas.

Anyone who wants to use and sell LOXONE commercially must not only talk, but also be able to show. Similar to our LOXONE certified showroom for private households, interested parties and potential customers should be able to experience all the possibilities of LOXONE products in commercial use. We are proud and claim that, with the exception of a ventilation control system, we can present everything live in miniature that can also be admired on the LOXONE Campus.
