Our project realized the fully automated control of an exclusive apartment building with 10 luxurious apartments, equipped with outdoor bathtubs and saunas. The aim was to create an intelligent, resource-saving and sustainable solution that optimally controls lighting, shading, access, heating and air conditioning. In line with our motto "Smartness Saves Resources", the pellets, air heat pump and PV system were efficiently linked with consumers such as underfloor heating, air conditioning units, e-charging stations and saunas. Energy is distributed dynamically so that energy-intensive consumers are automatically throttled back in the event of bottlenecks. Special features include the fully automatic outdoor bathtub, which adjusts depending on the season, and the flexible power control of the sauna heaters. The e-charging park is also managed intelligently. The Loxone system records energy consumption every 5 second and optimizes usage in real time. The system is supplemented by NFC access, hotel TV control and a digital check-in/out process.
