Challenge
The concept of this home is to control all the functionalities with a single system, through a single App. The highlight of this project was the fact that every detail was reflected in millimetric plans. Meeting the plan and expectations was quite an achievement.
In relation to automation, the highlight was the control of more than 1000ml of adjustable LED strip and the control of 7 Daikin air conditioning machines through ducts.

Solution
All functionalities were automated using Loxone; underfloor heating, air conditioning, aerothermal energy, photovoltaic, interior and exterior lighting, irrigation, swimming pool, access and security. A complete success.
In this modular wooden house with such characteristics and dimensions, Loxone was essential.<br /><br /><br /> All related controlled functionalities operate at 24V, reducing the risk of fire and improving consumption.<br /><br /><br /> Programming was key in this project but the installed mechanisms also stood out in favor of the interior design.
