Challenge
To quickly and efficiently replace a failing, unsustainable measurement and control system to restore operational reliability, reduce costs and obtain accurate consumption data. The goal was also to increase comfort (draught-free ceiling heating/cooling) and enable continuous consumption optimization at floor and branch level.
Solution
The deployment of Loxone technology, which controls two rooftop chillers, monitors heat and cold, sends instant notifications, and has been expanded to include lighting, air curtains, and garage doors for comprehensive automation.
Now I don't even have to think about many things whether they work or not. When something goes wrong, I get a notification that I can check and know that with one click I can solve it or know where the problem is.
