Implementing a smart system in a spacious villa with a pool house,
where comfort, safety, energy management, and connectivity are central.

Solution
The climate is controlled by a heat pump and zone-based, while generated
energy is used intelligently, with load balancing for two charging stations.
Sun blinds and lighting operate fully automatically, as do
the internal alarm system and access control, including
automatic access to the bicycle storage area. Moreover, the
network has been designed to ensure a stable internet and
telephone connection everywhere, ideal for working from home and
reachability.
