The Door Lock Air is a wireless door lock based on LOXONE Air technology. It provides remote control and status feedback of doors via the LOXONE system, suitable for new builds and retrofit projects.
Inductive variants (Full Leaf / Tube Frame): Inductively powered, maintenance-free, no battery replacement required.
Battery variants (Full Leaf / Tube Frame / Glass Doors): Battery powered, ideal for retrofitting without additional wiring.

Insert the Door Lock Air into the door leaf:

The markings on both the transmitter and receiver units must be aligned, and the gap between the two components must be 2–3 mm to ensure optimal inductive power transfer:
Adjusting the inductive power transmitter
The transmitter module can be slightly adjusted in both height and depth to ensure precise alignment with the receiver unit.

Insert the Door Lock Air into the door leaf:

Insert the supplied batteries into the device:
| The DIN standard Door Lock Air requires 2 x AAA batteries. The Ö-Norm and tube frame Door Lock Air requires 1 x 1/2 AA (LS 14250) battery. |
| We recommend using lithium based batteries. |
 | CAUTION: There is a risk of explosion if the battery is replaced improperly. The replacement must only be with the same or specified type. Do not expose the battery to heat, fire, or direct sunlight. Do not recharge, short-circuit, or open the battery. Dispose of the used battery in accordance with local regulations. |

Prepare the glass door as shown in the following picture:
Place the Door Lock Air in the designated position on the glass door:
