The system also includes comprehensive MaR management, including temperature control, climate control, ventilation, air humidification and underfloor heating. These technologies are key to maintaining the ideal environment of individual parts of the winery.
Security is ensured by a camera system, motion detection and sensors to protect against water leakage or fire. The system is directly connected to the PCO.
In common areas, we have implemented high-quality speakers for ambient music and alarm signaling. Interior shading in apartments is also integrated into the system for the comfort of clients.
At the investor's request, we created a visualization of the entire facility, which provides a complete overview of the state of individual technologies in the winery."
