What requirements do I have to fulfill to become a Loxone Partner?
As a Loxone Partner, you will commission and install automation and control in projects of all kinds. This includes consulting, planning, and aftercare for your customers. There are no barriers to entry to be accepted into the Loxone Partner Program as an installer. Register now via our Loxone Partner Portal to be able to purchase with trade discounts.
*The prerequisite is that your job falls into at least one of the following business areas: electrical installation, system integration, IT, heating/air conditioning/ventilation, measurement & control technology, solar & PV, electrical planning or system integration.
What are the requirements to become a "Registered Partner"?
As a Registered Partner, you are not bound to any minimum turnover. You are also not obliged to attend annual training. The ability to earn higher discounts is completely in your hands.
Registered Partners will be divided into four discount levels from May 2, 2022. These are based on annual sales. The higher the revenue, the higher the purchase discount for Loxone products.
What are the requirements to become a "Silver Partner"?
As a Silver Partner, you are not required to meet any minimum turnover. The only prerequisite is the completion of the Qualification Training and attending Annual Training. In addition, a one-time purchase of a Loxone Welcome Package is required for Silver Partner Status.

The Welcome Packages offer a fantastic combination of products that make for an ideal introduction to Loxone plus once you’re comfortable the components can be put to good use in your first installation.
The Annual Training ensures you’re always up to date in terms of software and hardware.
What are the requirements to become a "Gold Partner"?
As a Gold Partner, Loxone is your first choice for new projects (exception applies to tenders). Loxone is therefore advertised on the homepage of your website, on company vehicles, etc. The implementation of the free digital showroom, the completion of our Qualification Training Course and the purchase of a Welcome Package is also required.
For the annual recertification of your Partner Status as well as for the first-time certification, you will need to create a link to loxone.com/enus/ on your website. Your annual sales target is $100,000 and you are obliged to attend annual training once a year.
What are the requirements to become a "Platinum Partner"?
As a Platinum Partner, Loxone is your first choice for new projects (exception applies to tenders). Loxone is therefore advertised on the homepage of your website, on company vehicles, etc. The implementation of the free digital showroom, the completion of our Qualification Training Course and the purchase of a Welcome Package is also required.

What does a partnership with Loxone mean for me?
No contract is signed for Partnership with Loxone. However, we have laid down our principles for good collaboration in our Partner Guidelines. By registering as a Partner, you confirm to comply with these guidelines, which are aimed at fair cooperation. Other than that, we focus on transparency in the Partner Program and treat everyone equally as far as Partner levels and conditions are concerned.

The demo case is the optimal tool to quickly get to know Loxone. Among other things, it serves as a simple check of your customer configurations and as a perfect demonstration opportunity.

How long is the Partner Status valid?
The necessary prerequisites for this are:
- Silver Partner: annual attendance of a training course
- Gold & Platinum Partner: annual attendance of a training course and meeting the corresponding minimum turnover
If you have achieved the specified targets in the 12 months, you are automatically qualified as a certified Loxone Partner for a further 12 months. If the specified targets are not achieved, you will be assigned the respective Partner status depending on the fulfilled requirements.
The first evaluation after the introduction of the new Partner Program (05.02.2022) will take place on April 30, 2023.

What is the Welcome Package?
All new Loxone Partners have the opportunity to purchase a Welcome Package for a one-time new Partner discount (45%). The Welcome Package is a requirement to enroll as a Loxone Partner to get hands-on experience with our products. The Welcome Package consists of a Demo Case, a Loxone Shirt and one seat at an upcoming training course. It also comes with a 30-day money back guarantee.
What are the Add-On Packages?
The add-on packages allow you to get hands-on experience with our lighting, security and multi-room audio products at an introductory price for new Loxone Partners. The Add-On packages can only be purchased as part of the sign-up process when becoming a new Loxone Partner. The purchase of Add-On packages is optional.
What happens after I purchase the Welcome Package?
We will ship the Welcome Package within one business day. Once you receive the package, a Partner Coach will reach out to you to do a walk-through appointment with you to show you the fundamentals of the system and get you up and running with Loxone.
How does the 30-day money-back guarantee work?
We are sure you will love our solution as much as we do. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with our solution, you can simply send the Welcome Package back within 30 days for a full refund (excluding Shipping costs; Demo Case must be in good condition with all original parts).
Why do I need to upload my business license?
We need a copy of the business license to ensure that you own a business related to the smart home industry (system integrator, electrical contractor, home builder, IT).
