Loxone Holiday Hours of Operation 2017

Although it still may not feel like the holiday season for all of us just yet, it’s time for us to share our Holiday Hours with you!

The Loxone US Office will be closed on Monday, December 25th, 2017, and will re-open at 8:00 am on Tuesday, January 2nd, 2018.

Orders & Delivery

Our warehouse will be operating, but you should expect deliveries to take an extra 2 business days.

Technical Support

During this holiday period there will be no telephone support available. Support queries should be submitted to the ticket system either through your online account or by emailing support@loxone.us. Urgent cases will receive a response within 24-48 hours.  General information requests will receive a response upon our return. Alternatively, you can refer to our documentation pages for technical guidance and information about our products and software.
