Inside Sales Representative (20h to 40h)

Location: Media, PA


We are currently seeking a highly motivated, self-driven individual to fill our Inside Sales Representative position. In this role you will be responsible for delivering exemplary customer service to our Business Partners (System Integrators, Electrical Contractors) and End Customers. In addition, you will take care of a number of administrative tasks as needed to support the team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their skills and responsibilities with an international technology company.

Your Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming phone calls and information request submitted through our website
  • Be the point of contact for anyone looking to install Loxone (business partners and end customers) and want to find out more about our products or Dealer program
  • Actively approach and call new potential Dealers to inform them about Loxone and to sign them up for our Dealer program and Training courses
  • Set up appointments for our Sales Staff
  • Handle other administrative tasks to operate the business (such as processing orders, invoice scanning, payments, business research, …)

We’re looking for

To fit in with our team, you need a can-do attitude, a good sense of humor and a willingness to join in.

  • Sales or Administrative experience and a real determination to sell and succeed
  • Fantastic communication skills & a great team player
  • Competent IT skills (and the ability to pick up new software packages)
  • A quick, enthusiastic learner
