Challenge
Warmflow is a market leader in domestic heating appliances in Ireland. The company’s Partnership Hub in Lisburn showcases the products it manufactures to allow installers to both see and better understand them.
Warmflow approached Epitome Living with the goal of making its Partnership Hub experience better for these customers. The Warmflow team also wanted the showroom to be user-friendly, making the morning set up and evening lock up straightforward for any member of the team.
Solution
Loxone formed the core technology infrastructure of Warmflow’s new showroom, as it simplified the control of multiple complex systems. The system was connected to turntables that showcase the company’s products, and controllable lighting was installed above each bay.
The turntables automatically rotate products to give customers a better view, with manual override available via a discreet foot switch to give full control of what’s being highlighted as staff talk through the product.
Digital signage integration ensures details are displayed above each product. And an audio system was installed so everyone hears what they need to.
All this starts with the touch of a button to enable each demo mode.
The result? A showroom that's controlled by a single interface, giving precision control to whoever's using it. With lighting, visuals, and display integration simplified and taken care of, staff have more time to spend building relationships with their customers.
Loxone was the perfect choice for this project as it enabled touch of a button control of the demo room for Warmflow's sales team. They don't need to think about the technology - it all just works. In the background, when more control is needed, the Loxone app means the client has the ability to fine-tune the lighting and the motor positions and to even change the video files that are on the digital signage system.
