RELIABLE /CAPABLE engineer to get system running as i am told it should desperately required

Hi guys ,in dire need of an engineer in essex that can get this system running as it should.

Our preveous installer was struck off from being a qualified installer and he has disapeared off the face of the earth!

there are several things that need looking at , we have led zones under balcs that 1 side is working on white only then randomley on colours ,massive delay in door bell alerting you there is someone there to the point they would walk away ,need alarm and alerts coming through speakers ,outside lighting is all marked up on app but does not turn on etc.

in need of someone that can get this working as i am constantley told this should be making my like easier and not a living nightmare .

would really appreciate some advice as i am sure i cannot be the only person living with a system that i find i could not reccomend to a single person at the moment .

my self and young children very much look forward to one day being able you use this house as it was intended ……
