How to (force) update extensions?

Hi,

My miniserver has the latest firmware version installed, but for some reason all extensions have old firmware. See this screenshot;

I’ve read in manuals online that the version number should be green when it’s up to date. Mine are not green.

So is something going wrong with updating my extensions? If so, how do I fix that?

Hi Patrick

Extensions will show without a fill colour if they are up to date (or the system believes them to be). If they show orange they are in the process of updating, if they are red they are offline or have failed.

It is quite possible that those are the correct firmware versions for those extensions. The only real possibility for no update showing is a corrupted update file on the SD card. If you believe this to be the case please speak to technical support and they will be able to diagnose with you. [email protected]
