I seem to have managed the lighting (a bit) but cant get the heating working as I want. Do I need wifi installed first in my flat to work everything? Or can I by-pass and just use the boiler direct? Not sure if there is a thermostatic clock overriding my visible controls on the boiler? Help – Im freezzzing now!

Hi

Without any form of documentation from the previous home owner you will likely need to engage the services of a Loxone partner to assist you. Setting of your heating schedules is done through the Loxone app, so you will need an active network in the building.
