Loxone UK Christmas Opening Hours

It’s the end of another busy year for us here at Loxone UK, and we’re looking forward to taking a well earned rest over Christmas.

We’ll be closing the UK office on the 23rd of December at 12 noon, and re-opening on the 7th of January at the usual time of 08:30.

Order dispatch

All orders received before midday on the 23rd of December will be shipped from our Basecamp in Austria on the same day (subject to stock availability).

Our online webshop will remain open around the clock over the company holiday, but dispatch will not be as frequent: orders placed between the 24th and 29th of December will be shipped on the 30th of December. Orders placed between the 30th of December and 6th of January will be shipped on the 7th of January.

From the 7th of January, orders will be handled as usual – orders received before 2pm will be dispatched on the same day from our Basecamp.

Support information

Even our support team need a break now and then, so our support lines will not be manned during the break. You can, of course, submit a support ticket as normal, and these will be answered upon our return on the 7th of January.

If you need an answer to your question before then, one of the best places you can find support is our forum– we have a large online community who can help you!
