Loxone UK Christmas Opening Hours 2017

Although it still may not feel like Christmas for all of us just yet, it’s time for us to share our 2017 Christmas Opening Hours with you!

The Loxone UK Office will be closed from midday on Friday 22nd December 2017, and will re-open at 8:30am on Monday 8th January 2018.

Orders & Delivery

As expected, there will be a change in service for orders placed during the festive period:

If you need an item before Christmas, please ensure that your order is placed and paid for by 12pm on Friday 15th December.

Orders placed before midday on Friday 22nd December will be dispatched on this day, however, please note that deliveries will take longer than the usual 3-5 working days.

Any orders placed after this time, but by Wednesday 27th December, will be shipped on 28th December. Orders placed after 27th December will be sent from Monday 8th January, when normal service will resume.

Technical Support

During the Loxone Christmas shutdown (midday on 22nd Dec to return on Monday 8th January) there will be no telephone support available. Support queries should be submitted to the ticket system either through your online account or by emailing support@loxone.co.uk. We will endeavour to answer any support queries within 24hrs during this period. General information requests will be dealt with upon our return. Alternatively, you can refer to our documentation pages for technical guidance and information about our products and software.
