Qualification Training
Our in-person Qualification Training is a fantastic learning opportunity and is one of the prerequisites for achieving Silver Partner Status. The training provides a comprehensive overview of our standards and recommendations when it comes to using Loxone as an automation solution for lighting, heating & cooling, security, access control, multiroom audio, shading control and much more…
The course will introduce you to the Loxone product range and the Loxone configuration software bringing it together with specially developed demonstration walls to provide a realistic working environment. The course material is both theoretical and practical and the spaces are limited to ensure that you have the opportunity to interact with the trainer and make the most of it.

If you qualify for the Partner Program and are looking to become an installer you would need to purchase the Loxone Starterkit. It includes a good example of core products to familiarise yourself with Loxone and these can be used in your first installation.

Update Training
This one-day online training course is the perfect way for existing Partners to delve even deeper into automation as well as refreshing the knowledge you have already acquired. You will perfect your proficiency in Loxone Config, which will help you implement maximum functionality for your customers with minimal effort. You’ll also learn about the latest Loxone products, app functionality and any other exciting news we have to share.

General information & cancellation policy
Registration
You can register for training by filling in the registration form or via telephone. Your place on a training course will only be reserved once payment is received in full. We regret that we cannot hold or reserve places on training courses prior to payment.
After registration, you will receive a confirmation by email. If there are no longer any spaces available for the course you have selected, we will contact you by phone and ask if you’d like to join the waiting list. If a place becomes available, we will inform you immediately.
Exclusions
The cost of the course includes participation in the training and access to online course material resources. The cost does not include the Welcome Package (Starterkit/Demo Case), accommodation, or travel.
Rebooking
Have you registered for training, but something’s come up since?
One free rebooking to an alternative date is possible up to 72 hours before the start of the first day of training. After this date, 25% of the invoice amount will be charged for rebooking costs.
If a participant is unable to attend, a substitute participant can be registered after consultation.
Cancellation
If you find you are no longer able to attend the course on which you are booked, please inform us as soon as possible. You may cancel your place up 72 hours prior to the first day of the course. Thereafter, 50% of the course fee will be charged. If less than 24 hours notice is given or you fail to attend a course on which you are booked, the full fee will be charged.
