You are a industry certified, independent business that works in an environment where buildings are planned, constructed, or operated – for example, in the fields of electrical installation, IT, heating/air conditioning/ventilation, measurement and control technology, solar and PV, electrical planning, or system integration.

You don’t need a traditional contract to become a LOXONE Partner. Instead, we have clear Partner Guidelines that outline how we want to work together – fairly, transparently and reliably. By registering as a Partner, you agree to these principles. Everything else is kept intentionally simple.

We rely on clear rules, equal opportunities and transparent Partner tiers. Terms and benefits are structured in a straightforward manner – no special exceptions, no worries around lack of transparency.

During your first 6 months as a LOXONE Silver Partner, we provide you with intensive support to ensure your first project is successfully completed and that you have your first reference you can share with the world right away.

Moving forward, you can count on the best service in industry and will always have a knowledgeable contact person from the LOXONE team to provide you with support.

Once you have achieved Silver, Gold or Platinum Partner status, you have 12 months to requalify for it.

The necessary requirements for this are:

• Silver Partner: Annual attendance of a training course
• Gold & Platinum Partner: Annual attendance of a training course and corresponding minimum turnover

If you have met the requirements within the 12 months, you are automatically qualified as a certified LOXONE Partner at that tier for a further 12 months. If the specified targets are not met, your Partner status will be adjusted based on the requirements you have fulfilled.

Both systems automate buildings – but their approaches differ:

LOXONE is a comprehensive, all-in-one system. Hardware, software and logic work together seamlessly. The LOXONE Miniserver serves as the central intelligence: it connects all features, controls them collectively and makes them immediately visible – without additional servers or licenses.

KNX is a fieldbus system with many manufacturers. The intelligence is distributed across sensors and actuators. Logic, visualisation and automation usually requires additional systems, software licenses and more planning effort.

The key advantage: LOXONE does not exclude KNX. Existing KNX components can be easily integrated via the KNX Extension. This transforms KNX into a clear visualisation and true automation – cost-effective and centrally managed.
