What requirements do I need to fulfil to become a Loxone Partner?
As an authorised Loxone Partner, you will take over the realisation of automation and control projects of all kinds – from consulting and planning to realisation and after-sales service, thus ensuring satisfied customers. These additional services in the context of the sale to the consumer are the basis for the acceptance into our partner program. In the interest of our end customers, we strive for strong partnerships. Please note the following additional requirements which depend on the company’s purpose.

Why should I do Loxone Foundation Training?
In the Foundation Training learn how to plan, configure and commission lighting, room climate, shading, audio and access with Loxone – including Tree, Air and Link technologies.
Regardless of whether you are completely new to Loxone or would like to refresh your knowledge: After the training, you will be ready for your own projects. And won’t have theory overload, but instead real practical experience – directly from the manufacturer.
You will be officially certified, benefit from exclusive Partner discounts and secure full access to the world of Loxone. So: Just do it!
What does a partnership with Loxone mean for me?
No contract is concluded for the partnership with Loxone. However, we have set out our principles for good cooperation in our Partner Guidelines. By registering as a Partner, you confirm compliance with these guidelines, which are aimed at fair cooperation. Otherwise, we focus on transparency in the Partner Program and treat everyone equally in terms of Partner levels and conditions.
How long is the Partner status valid?
Once you have achieved Silver, Gold or Platinum Partner status, you have that status and the associated benefits for 12 months. To recertify and keep that status for another 12 months, you need to keep your education of Loxone up to date, as follows:
- Silver Partner: Annual attendance at a Training
- Gold & Platinum Partner: Annual attendance at a Training and the corresponding minimum turnover
If you fulfil the requirements in the 12 months, you are automatically qualified as a certified Loxone Partner for a further 12 months. If the specified targets are not met, you will be assigned the respective Partner status depending on the requirements you have fulfilled. For example, if you were a Silver Partner but did not further your education for the new year, then you will be changed to a Registered Partner.

How does Loxone differ from KNX?
Specialist companies and customers are often faced with the question of how the Loxone system differs from a KNX system. Firstly, both systems are independent solutions for the automation and control of technical installations in buildings of all kinds. Thanks to the Loxone KNX Extension, it is also possible to integrate KNX-capable components into the Loxone universe and thus implement visualisation and many automation and logic functions cost-effectively.

To ensure fair and transparent pricing, we take an unconventional approach. We deliberately avoid traditional distribution structures such as sales via wholesalers.
