Even though the snow came a month later than usual it is looking like a white Christmas after all. At least at our head office in Kollerschlag that is. With temperatures above 12 degrees this seems to be a bit of a different story in the UK. One thing is certain though - Christmas and the new year are upon us.
To make sure that your projects do not get held up whilst our team take a well deserved break we have come up with a plan.
Availability over the festive period
Our main offices will be closed from the 24th December until the 6th January. We will use this time to refuel, to then start the new year ready and raring to go.
Special delivery day on the 2nd January
So that you do not have to go without any customer support and product deliveries for the whole time we are interrupting our break and will be at your service on the 2nd of January. All orders and support queries that we receive between the 24th December and the 1st January will get dealt with on this day. We will ship out all order as long as payments clear and we have got stock.
The next delivery date after the 2nd is the 9th January.
Shipping delays around Christmas
Please note that orders you have placed over the past week may be delayed. We ship all orders that we receive before 2pm on the same day if stock is available (live stock levels are shown in our web shop). Unfortunately all couriers are extremely busy around this time of year and hence we cannot guarantee that the delivery times stated on our website are met.
