There are plenty of clever little features set up in the two Elements holiday flats, ‘Wind’ and ‘Water’. Most of which would be very useful in the average home, some of which are specifically designed so that the owner – who lives over 400 miles away – can retain some control and monitoring on his properties remotely.

We thought it was about time we put together another one of our Loxone case studies. As a visitor to our site, you may well have read one or two of our in-depth examples already. We like to think that these real-life examples help demonstrate how a Miniserver can improve your home and add an extra dimension to it. Before having the Loxone Miniserver retrofitted in their house, the couple living in ‘The Heating Home’ were pretty unhappy about the heating situation there. Poorly insulated exterior walls and the high fuel consumption and costs associated with that was a major cause for concern. And things like having to manually adjust the radiators all the time had become a tedious, time-consuming chore.
