INSTALLATION & SHORT SPECIFICATION

Installation

  1. Mount Extension on DIN rail
  2. After installation finished connect 24V DV, activate only after finishing the total installation (Recommendation: Continue wiring Extensions from one to another)
  3. Connect Inputs and Outputs
  4. Connect Loxone Bus
  5. Attention: When finished connecting the last Extension, schedule Loxone Bus with 120 Ohm resistor (included in delivery of Miniserver)
  6. Activate power supply
  7. Check: If left LED flashes after about 7 seconds green the Extension is already configured, if LED flashes orange the Extension is not configured.

  • 12x Digital Inputs 24VDC
  • 8x Digital Outputs (relay) 250VAC 5A by cosφ=1, 30VDC 5A
  • 4x Analogue Inputs 0...10VDC or 4x Digital Inputs 24VDC
  • 4x Analogue Outputs 0...10VDC
  • Power consumption about 60mA

Insert Extension in Programming

Connect with your Miniserver and download the existing program (if already existing) from the Miniserver.

Paste from the register "periphery" an Extension. Now, in the peripheral tree all inputs and outputs of the Extension are available.

Assign a serial number

Click in the peripheral tree on the Extension and change to the tab "features". Enter here the serial number of your Extension.

The serial number is on the backside of your Extension. The number locates beneath de barcode (see picture).

Store Program in the Miniserver

After registration of the serial number of the Extension, click the tab "Miniserver" and select "Save in Miniserver ".

After a reboot of the control (duration about 7 seconds), both status lights of the Extension are green.
